Oh, the horror of it all.
Strange chilled alien creatures keep falling from the sky and covering everything in sight. They seem to dislike heat and salt though.
Run for cover, stock up on items of need.
I casn see the future of this and it looks like chaos will ensue.
People shopping fevorishly
Children unknowingly playing in this alien substance
possibly even making snow creatures
"dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria"

Actually, ity's not too bad over here by me so far, just went out and the streets arent bad at all.

Where Snow Emergencies Have Been Declared

CINCINNATI -- Several Tri-state counties and communities are under snow emergencies.

Level 3

Hamilton and Butler counties declared Level 3 snow emergencies before dawn today.

This is the most restrictive level of snow emergency. It prohibits driving except for emergencies or absolute necessities.

'All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should be out during these conditions unless it is absolutely necessary to travel. All employees should contact their employer to see if they should report to work. Those traveling on the roadways may subject themselves to arrest.'

Level 2

Officials have declared a level 2 snow emergency in Boone, Campbell, Clermont, Kenton and Ohio counties. The village of Cleves and Terrace Park are also under a level 2 snow emergency.

'Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Only those individuals who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways. Contact your employer to see if you should report for work.'

This level of snow emergency recommends that only necessary travel be undertaken. There are no legal restrictions or penalties for driving under a Level 2 snow emergency. Offices and businesses have the discretion to establish policies for their staff and employees under this level.

Level 1

In Ohio, level 1 snow emergencies have been declared in Amelia, Anderson Township, Blue Ash, Cincinnati, Forest Park, Green Township, Lockland, Loveland, Montgomery, Mount Healthy, North College Hill, Reading, Springdale, Springfield Township, Symmes Township and Wyoming.

In Kentucky, Alexandria, Crestview Hills, Edgewood, Elsmere, Erlanger, Fort Mitchell, Fort Wright, Grant County, Independence, Parks Hills, Taylor Mill and Villa Hills are operating under a level 1 snow emergency.

A level 1 snow emergency has also been declared in Dearborn and Franklin counties in Indiana.

'Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads are also icy. Drive very cautiously.' This level of snow emergency is merely advisory in nature, cautioning motorists to drive carefully on snow-covered and icy roadways.

My employer has officially closed all offices and tech centers.

This is the best. What is especially appealing is that I was one of the very, very few who was planning to work today and hence had not scheduled a vacation day. Those who had planned vacation for this day still have to use their vacation day, while those of us who planned to work get the day off anyway.
